LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

“In the name of God, Amen.

I, Henry Gerk of the town of Stacyville in the County of Mitchell and State of Iowa, of the age of Eighty One years and being of Sound Mind and Memory do Make, Publish and declair this my Last Will and Testament in Manner following that is to say.

1st. At my death I give and bequeath to the Catholick Church the Sum of One Hundred Dollars.

2nd. I give and bequeath all of my Property boath Real and Personal to my Children, to be devided Equal Shair and Shair alike.

3rd. I recommend that my son Henry Gerk be appointed Administrator over my Estate.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 24th day of Janury A. D., 1900.
