To THE OPINION—Please correct statement made in last week's OPINION regarding the death of Thos. Muldowney.

He was not drunk at time of death, nor had he been driving, he had been at work on railroad all day. His death was caused by disease of kidneys. MRS. MULDOWNEY.

An error of this kind is regrettable. The OPINION received its information from Mr. Wiseman, brother-in-law of the deceased. Nothing in our report would lead anyone to infer that Mr. M. had been drinking.
