Miss Grace Brown, only daughter of K. B. Brown, of Glenwood." was quietly married to Mr. Joseph Turner at the home of her grandmother in Salem, Iowa, Dec. 24. Miss Brown was for some years a very successful Mills county teacher and is at present teaching- her second year as assistant principal of the Salem High school.

She will finish the school year there and then she and her husband expect to go west where he has ranching interests. Mr. and Mrs. Turner spent a few days at Corning with Mesdames Newcomb and Paul, her cousin and aunt. Her many friends here extend hearty congratulations and good wishes for the future to these young people.
