Will and Phares families

About 20 years ago a relative gave my a picture of my 2nd. GGM 2nd. husband and their son taken in Marshalltown in the 1880's (father and son photo). Never could figure out the connection with Iowa. Just recently at ancestry.com I found a marriage record (image)for the half-sister to the son and her first husband. Now I wonder if the picture was taken around the time of the marriage (Aug. 6, 1883). Eber W. Phares (from Tipton Co. ILL.) and Mary V. Simmons (sister to my GGF, from Highland Co., VA.)Eber is buried in Stafford Co., KS, Mary in Pueblo, Colo. and her half brother Jasper E. Will in Ordway, Colo. and Mary's step-father Sutton Will in buried in Richmond, VA. Eber would later be a postmaster for Neola, Stafford Co., KS.
