Mrs. Jacob B. Harman, aged 72, of Marshalltown, committed suicide by tyeing cloth around her mouth and nose and jumping into a water tank.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Christean who was born Jan. 1, 1844 and died June 24, 1916. She is buried in Chapel Hill Cemetery.
