DEATH CLAIMS LAUREL
CHILD, ONE YEAR OLD

Elmer Lee Ervin passed away at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Ervin, two miles south of Laurel at 10:25 o'clock this morning after an illness of two days. He was born Aug. 13, 1936, at Laurel.

Besides his parents the child is survived by three sisters, Minnie, Helen and Dorothy, all at home; three grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. C.W. Sash, Laurel, and E.B. Ervin, Cincinnati, Iowa; three great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Reifschneider of Hubbard and William Sash of Laurel.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Laurel Evangelical church. Burial will be in Graceland cemetery at Laurel.
