Graveside services for Cecil A. Moore, Des Moines, who died of cancer at Broadlawns Medical Center on March 22, were held at the Winterset Cemetery on Friday, March 25. The body was cremated. Mr. Moore was born in Winterset on Sept. 25, 1929. He had been a resident of Des Moines for several years. He retired in 1986 as a truck driver for White-DeCarlo Co. Survivors include his mother, Alta Rinard of Winterset; his wife Betty; a daughter, Janet Franklin of Council Bluffs; sons, Ron, of Iowa City and William and Ted, both of Des Moines; a sister, Helen Brown of Fairfield; a half sister, Bev McDonald; two half-brothers, Duane and Dick Rinard of Winterset; and six grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his father, Albert, and a half brother, Jay Rinard.
