HOLTOM – Mrs. Emma M. Holtom, 65, of 1035 McAlpine, died yesterday at the Bethany hospital. She was a resident of Kansas City, Kansas, twenty-eight years, having been born in Winterset, Iowa. She was the widow of William James Holtom, a carpenter who died twelve years ago

She was a member of the Central Avenue Methodist church.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Marie M. Burns of the home; Mrs. Pauline L. Johnson, 1040 Hasbrook, and Mrs. Blanche W. Freeman, 1039 McAlpine; a son, Maning Holtom. 3516 Ruby; two sisters. Mrs. Mary Rose, Grand Junction. Ia., and Mrs. Sophie Huglin, St. Charles, la., and two brothers, Fritz Schmidt and Edward Schmidt, Harrisonville, Mo.

Services will be held at 2 o’clock Saturday at the Daniels chapel, 644 Kansas avenue. Burial will be in Highland Park cemetery.
