Services for Walter Goff, 89, of 1714 College Ave., who died at his home Tuesday, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Dunn Funeral Home. Burial will be in the cemetery at Winterset.
Born at Bloomington, Ill., Mr. Goff had lived here 25 years and formerly was a bookkeeper at the Gilcrest Lumber Co. He attended college in Nebraska and formerly was principal of a high school in Nebraska. He was a member of the Church of the Open Bible.
Surviving is his widow Jennie S. Goff of Des Moines.
