Barry Lee Biddle

Barry Lee Biddle, 71, of Peru, Iowa, died Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at Greater Regional Hospice House in Creston, Iowa. Graveside services and burial will be held 10:30 AM Saturday, April 6, at the Winterset Cemetery in Winterset, Iowa with Pastor Mike Albert officiating.

Barry was born on May 23, 1947, at New Castle, Pennsylvania to John and Laura (McClelland) Biddle. He was a graduate of Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio with a degree in Business and Marketing. Barry had been owner of Biddle Technical Products, Inc. and had worked for Morse Controls of Hudson, Ohio. He also farmed. He had been resident of Madison County and Peru since the early 2000’s and was a member of the Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in West Des Moines and a member of the New Pioneer Gun Club in Waukee. Barry enjoyed hunting, fishing, and skeet shooting.

Barry is survived by his daughter, Alicia L. (Drew) Piech of Naperville, IL; son, Barry Lee Biddle, Jr. of San Diego, CA; sister, Pamela Ann Biddle of Florida; and one grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Laura (McClelland) Biddle.

Friends may pay their respect at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home – Collins Chapel on Saturday, April 6, from 9 to 10:15 AM.
