Arthur Leinard Rites Saturday

Services for Arthur H. Leinard, 78, of 3832 Cottage Grove ave., who died Tuesday at home after a five-year illness, will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Hamilton’s Funeral Home. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery.

Mr. Leinard was born in Adair County and moved here from Winterset in 1924. He was a salesman and jobber for an Ottawa, Ill. machinery firm before retiring in 1957. He was a member of Grace Methodist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Mernia; two daughters, Mrs. Marie Foster of Cucamonga, Calif., and Mrs. Helena Ham of Des Moines; a sister, Mrs. Mildred Killam of Des Moines, and a grandson.
