Funeral services were Monday afternoon from the Lutheran Church for 26 year old Stephen Lyall who was killed in a truck accident Friday night in Madison county near Winterset.
Services were conducted by the Rev. Donald Lutz and interment was in Union cemetery.
Lyall was employed by a bridge construction firm in Des Moines.
Survivors include his mother Mrs. Marguerete Sheeder, Duarte, California; his father Max and a brother Jeff of Guthrie Center; two sisters Mrs. Sydney Millhollin, Glendora, California and Mrs. Rita Whisler, Duarte, California.
Lyall is a veteran of four years in the Marine corps and was graduated from Guthrie Center high school.
