Jeff Armbrecht, 60, of Cedar Rapids passed away on Friday May 13, 2022 at his home. There will be no wake or funeral for Jeff, his family will be fulfilling his request on the placement of his ashes.
Jeff is survived by his daughter, Shelby Armbrecht of Savannah, GA; sister, Crystal (Larry) Greiner of Swisher; and brother, Jimmy (Kathy) Armbrecht of Dubuque; 3 nephews, Ken Hare, Nathan Greiner, Taggert Armbrecht; and 2 nieces, Avery Armbrecht and Morgan Armbrecht.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Delbert Armbrecht and Mary Armbrecht; and grandparents Harry and Monica Gaskill; and Elbert and Ina Armbrecht.
Jeff was born on October 17, 1961, in Cedar Rapids, son of Delbert and Mary Armbrecht. He worked as a roofing consultant and foreman for many years, until he started encountering symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.
Jeff loved the outdoors, golf, fishing and playing his guitars. He could be a very fun-loving guy, the life of the party and cared about many people. May he rest in peace along a riverbank with his fishing pole.
