Lillie Bell Washington, 82, peacefully ended her earthly life and began her eternal life with our Lord and Savior on May 18th, 2022. Memorial visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 27 until time of memorial service 2:00 p.m. at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories.

Lillie B is survived by her children, Stephanie Taylor, Stacy Taylor-Sallis, and Craig Taylor; grandchildren, Landon (Lisa) Taylor, Lanaysha Sallis, and Joree Taylor; siblings, Robert Levy, Norain “Randy” Jamison, Doris Poole, Margaree Levy, Blanchie (Roy) Broomfield and James Levy; eight great grandchildren, Maximillian, Trinity, Tsion, Talia, Tiara, Alexander, Vivian and Albert Wesley; as well as great-great grandchild Aura AnnMarie and a host of nieces and nephews, family friends and friends, who were truly loved.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert “Bob” and Elizabeth Levy; husband, Raymond Washington; daughter, Donna Weinbrenner; seven siblings, Oscar Levy, JB Levy, Edna Mae Stamps, Albert “AB” Levy, Henry Levy, Ethel Mae “T Ethel” Levy and great grandchild, Emrys Taylor.

Lillie was born in Louise, Mississippi the 10th day of the 6th month in the year of 1939. She dedicated her life to Christ at an early age and served him faithfully. She brought many into his flock and was truly an extension of His love. Lillie B worked for over 30 years at Square D, Company, as well as a faithful member of Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church and her local NAACP chapter. Lillie B was known for her unique beauty, keen sense of style and her sweet potato pies. Her laughter and smile could brighten a room.

Lillie B’s legacy will be remembered as a loving Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother, Aunt, Grandmother “Nana”, Friend and Child of Christ. She will be sorely missed, but fondly remembered.
