Heart Attack Fatal to Robert Bunting
A heart attack proved fatal to Robert Bunting, age 26, inst Monday morning at Nevada where he had been employed by the Iowa Railway and Light corporation since last September.
He was born near Marion, Oct. 25, 1904, the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. J.P. Bunting, 804 Central avenue, and had lived practically all his life here. He attended the Marion schools and was in the employ of the Penick and Ford company at Cedar Rapids for seven years, where he learned his trade as millwright. He also worked for the Quaker Oats company for two years.
Mr. Bunting was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church, which he joined several years ago.
He is survived by his parents, two brothers, Neal and John of Marion; one sister, Mrs. Madge Monts of Cedar Rapids; one niece, Marilyn Monts of Cedar Rapids, and one nephew, John W. Bunting of Marion.
Funeral services were held in the Yocom chapel Wednesday afternoon with the Rev. W.E. Fisher officiating. Interment was in Oak Shade.
