Arthur C. Foreman Retired Railroad Man Died Tuesday
Arthur C. Foreman, 539 Thirty-first st., retired Milwaukee Railway employee died Tuesday evening at 10:30 p.m. in a Cedar Rapids hospital.
He was born June 18, 1868 at Waubeek and moved to Marion 58 years ago from Bristow, Ia.
On December 22, 1892 he was married to Lena May Vanston. She died in May, 1918 at Marion. Later he married Lydia Woodcox Baker and she passed away March 26, 1937.
He later married Anna Vaston Rector who died Sept. 17, 1950.
Survivors include three children by this first marriage: Loyce Foreman of Rock Island; Mrs. Peter (Hazel) Steffen of Buillhead City, Ariz., and Frank Foreman of Naperville, Ill., as well as three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Services are pending at the Murdoch chapel by Rev. James P. Gable. Friends may call at the chapel.
