The Marion Sentinel Thursday September 3, 1908
--The death of Mrs. J.M. Huffman one of the pioneers of the county, occurred this morning at 6:30, after a long illness of cancer. The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 at the Baptist church. Those wishing to view the remains can have an opportunity to do so by calling at the house from 10 A.M. to 1 P.M. that day.
