Mrs. Emma S. Cashman Laid to Rest
in Hickory Grove Cemetery -
Died of Dropsy Friday.

MONTROSE, Iowa, April 24. - The funeral of Mrs. Emma S. Cashman, who died at her home near this place on Friday evening, was held Sunday afternoon. The services were conducted by Rev. Smith, pastor of the Seven Day Adventist church of Fort Madison. Burial was made in Hickory Grove cemetery.

Mrs. Cashman was sixty years old and death was caused by dropsy. She was born in the state of Kentucky on August 26, 1856, and was married forty years ago last Sunday.

The survivors are her husband and the following six children: Mrs. Lida Runner, McIntosh, South Dakota; Mrs. Zuida Thon, Keokuk; Mrs. Clara Carter, McIntosh; Mrs. Rosa Knapp, Mooar; Mrs. Josephine Heinz, McIntosh, and Harry Cashman, at home.
