I have a copy of the original marriage certificate for my 2xGreat grandparents. They were married in Algona, Kossuth Iowa by W.H. Burnard on March 23, 1878 witnesses on the certificate are Alf. Bougay and Jessie Bougay.
I'm trying to get the official document with hopefully parents names as I've been stuck on Charles for years!

I was going to order off of vitalcheck but they will not let me, Kossuth site I cannot find anyway to order other than in person. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to reimburse for a copy of the certificate but would gladly just take any information to help me in the direct I need to take to acquire a copy. :) Or even just the information from the document. I'm open to any suggestions!
