William Brayton, aged 13, was accidentally shot and killed while hunting rabbits at Bancroft.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born Oct. 19, 1903 and died Feb. 15, 1916. He is buried in the Greenwood Cemetery.
