Last Will and Testament of Clark S. Coffin.

I, Clark S. Coffin of Burt, Kossuth County Iowa, of sound and disposing mind and memory, free to act and of lawful age, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say:

First. After the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Aurilla E. Coffin all of my personal property of every description and nature and wheresoever found and of which I may die seized, to have and to hold unto the said Aurilla E. Coffin, her heirs and assigns forever.

Second. All of my Real Estate I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Aurilla E. Coffin, both that now is in being, and that I may subsequently acquire, and of which I may die seized, to have and to hold unto the said Aurilla E. Coffin as long as she shall live, and at her death it is to be divided equally among my living sons and daughters.

Third. I hereby nominate and appoint O. P. McDonald of Burt, Iowa, as executor of this my last will and testament.

Given as my last will and testament at Burt, Iowa, this 3d day of August A. D. 1896.

The above and foregoing instrument, consisting of one sheet was on the date thereof signed by Clark S. Coffin, the testator, in our presence, and declared to be his last will and testament, and we, at his request, in his presence and in presence of each other hereby subscribe the same as attesting witnesses thereto, Dated this 3d of August A. D. 1896.

I, W. C. Dewel, Clerk of the District Court of Iowa in and for Kossuth County, hereby certify that on the 2nd day of December 1905, the within instrument in writing, purporting to the the last Will and Testament of C. S. Coffin, late of Kossuth County, deceased, was duly approved and allowed in and by said court, and admitted to probate as such will, and recorded according to law, and it is
entitled to full faith and credit as such.
