You should check with the Keokuk County Historical Society in Sigourney, IA. They have cemetery records for Keokuk County. They also have thousands of obits on file and much more helpful info for family research. Here is their contact info:

Since Mary Agnes was born in Packwood, Jefferson county, Iowa, she could be buried in Jefferson county. Prairie Center cemetery is on the south edge of Packwood. Packwood is very close to the Keokuk/Jefferson County line.
