MONTICELLO - Mike Hogan, 84, former Monticello resident, died at Mercy hospital in Cedar Rapids Tuesday, Oct. 1, following a long illness. Funeral services will be held from the Sacred Heart church in Monticello at 9:30 a.m. Friday with burial at Immaculate Conception cemetery in Castle Grove. The body is at the Devaney Funeral home, Monticello.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. John (Lillian) White of Chicago and Mrs. DeWitt (Lucille) Thompson of Cedar Rapids. Three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren also survive. His wife Agnes Kehoe Hogan preceded him in death in November 1959.
