26 July 1945 - The Anamosa Journal

ONSLOW - Norman J. Paul died at St. Luke's hospital, Cedar Rapids, Sunday morning, having been taken there on Saturday after a week's illness following a heart attack a short time ago. He leaves a son, Dr. Voyle Paul, Stamford, Conn.; Mrs. Eva Beck, Clinton, and Mrs. Leslie Babcock, with whom he made his home Mrs. Paul preceded him in death. Funeral service was held Wednesday at the Presbyterian church.

ONSLOW - Funeral service for Norman J. Paul, 83, who died Sunday morning after a 10-day illness was held at the Onslow Presbyterian church Wednesday afternoon. Rev. Frank Schroeder had charge and the soloist was Mrs. Frank Walker, Monticello, with Mrs. C. R. Smith accompanist. Pallbearers were James Kennedy, John Bramer, Chris Eichhorn, Reggie Morse, Frank Byerly and Allen Chatterton. Mrs. Paul died in 1943. One son, Dr. Voyle Paul, Stamford, Conn., and two daughters, Mrs. Eva Beck, Clinton, and Mrs. Leslie Babcock, Onslow, and one sister, Mrs. Nettie Miller, DeWitt, survive.
