At Wyoming, Jones County, on the 21st, Charles H. Leffingwell, a prominent business, and the son of Judge Wm. E. Leffingwell, of Chicago (formerly of Iowa), was instantly killed by the accidental discharge of his gun while out chicken shooting. He was twenty-nine years of age, and leaves a wife and three children.
