I"m not understanding the "state of iowa certification" is the birth record from des moines as a lot of vital records are at both county and state level. did you get this at the court house in des moines??my first thought was if there was no father (unmarried mother) most of those records have been sealed but if you have "state of iowa certification" which I don't understand what it is I'm confused. is there some way you can scan this cert. so I can see it
