Christopher James Rios, 28 of North Liberty died Friday, November 13, 2020, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

A time for family and friends to gather to remember Christopher will be held from 4 to 7 pm Thursday, November 19, 2020, at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation service in Iowa City. Christopher James Rios was born November 24, 1991, in Iowa City the son of Anthony “Tony” Rios and Melinda Ann Rice. Christopher loved being the center of attention, a good joke and telling tall tales, but most important to Christopher was his family and friends!

His family includes his mother and step-father, Melinda and Gary McNabb; his father, Tony Rios; siblings, Brittany Rios and Nicolas McNabb; nephew, David “LD”; grandparents, Frank and Laura Rios and Bonnie Terrill and many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Christopher was preceded in death by sister, Alyssa Rios; uncle, Steven Rios, and cousin, Brian Rios.
