Many hearts were saddend when word was passed from one to another early Sunday morning that little Lola Garver was dead. So many homes in this vicinity are brightened by the presence of little children that a heartfelt sympathy goes out to Mr. and Mrs. Garver in the sudden death of their only child. Though less than eight months old; it was a bright pretty little baby, already the joy of the household. Funeral services were held at the Kalona Baptist Church, Rev. Vanschoick in charge.
