Noy Chanthavong, 57, of Iowa City, formerly of Laos, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, March 16, 2018. Visitation will be from 2-4 pm on Saturday, March 24 at Lensing Funeral Home, 605 Kirkwood Avenue in Iowa City. Funeral Services will follow at Lensing Funeral Home at 4 pm.

Noy is survived by his wife Sod Chantavong and their two children: Southanya Cardona of Iowa City and Kai Chantavong of Boise, ID; two sisters: Noy Sayasith of Hongsa, Laos and Phiavanh Thephomhak of Sayaboury, Laos; one grandchild Naaron, three nieces: La Salykhom, Kham Phommavong and Nid Phommavong; one nephew Pheng Phommavong, and an aunt Chanty Phommavong.

Noy was preceded in death by his parents Tha Chantavong and Mon Phrapimpa.
