The death certificate says that the place of death was "5 M. S. of Fairfield"
The usual residence is listed as "5 miles S., Fairfield, Ia"
She died at home at 5:00 a.m., unattended.

The place of death is her home 5 miles south of Fairfield, Liberty township, Jefferson county, Iowa.

Her obituary in the Fairfield Daily Ledger on February 10, 1951, Page 4 states she died at home five miles south of Fairfield.

Hope this helps. Abbreviations can be misleading.
