There were 4 Swedish churches in Lockridge township. New Sweden Baptist.....long gone

New Sweden Methodist...burned about 4

years ago....no records survived

Upland Swedish Church..long gone

New Sweden Lutheran....closed many yrs

ago and two men came about20 yrs ago

and copied records. Earl Cheek and

Kevin Prescholdt. No idea what they

did as to publishing.

Peter M l827 - 1871
Peter J 1876-1958
S Peter 1820-1899

None here in l850 census, just one in the l856
census and he was 35,in Iowa 6 years and wife
was 25 b. Sweden, son Augustus age 7 b. Sweden
Oscar 5 and John 5 and Emma O

Have you ever tried researching the book
published many years ago of the Ship Passenger
Lists that tells what ship and what parrish in
Sweden?

What more data can you share to help here. Where
did your Peter die?

I am 87 and no longer dig into researching but your query is too vague. Am sure you will agree.
