Sharon, I am also related to the Turners of Jefferson Co. Vincent Turner (b. 1771) was the father of Fielding L. Turner and others from the area. I have 8 children for Fielding but not the daughter Mary Ann that you mentioned. However, there is a gap in 1823 where her birth would fit. I have 3 daughters without counting Mary Ann. I'd like to know if you have found the proof of parentage for Mary Ann. I'd slao like to find out when her grandfather Vincent Turner died. He was last mentioned in the census of 1856. Pam
