Hello Verda ~

That is really interesting that there is also a Joseph Neely in Jefferson County. And I do know that Joseph isn't a son of Sarah & William D. Neely - they never had a Joseph.

William D. and Sarah Neely lived Mahaska, Iowa in 1850 & in 1856. Sarah Peck's parents were Russell Peck & Alice (Madison) Peck. They both died at Oskaloosa, Mahaska, Iowa.
