ILLNESS FATAL TO MRS. PACHA

BRIGHTON, Ia. March 2 -- Mrs. Frank A. PACHA, Jefferson county farm woman, died last night at her home four miles west of Pleasant Plain. She had been seriously ill for the past three days.

Mrs. PACHA was born in Jefferson county, December 18, 1886, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter FRITZ. She was married to Frank PACHA, April 16, 1912 and lived all of her married life on the farm where she died.

She is survived by her husband and the following children: Mrs. Lucille DAY, Eldridge, Iowa; James PACHA, near Davenport, Mrs. Retta DAY, Davenport, Sister Mary Julia Ann PACHA, Dunlap, Iowa, and Cletis PACHA, at home. One infant son preceded her in death.

Other survivors include one brother, Ed FRITZ, Mason City; two sisters, Mrs. Joe KURTZ and Emma FRITZ, and 11 grandchildren. Mrs. PACHA was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic church at East Pleasant Plain.

The rosary will be recited at the PACHA home at 8:15 p.m. today. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's church in charge of the Rev. Paul Wetzstein with burial in the adjacent cemetery.

The Omar Hoskins Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
