Vermith F. REED, 76, died at 12:05 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, 1991, at Parkview Care Center.

The service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Floyd Disney officiating. Burial will be in Fell Cemetery south of Libertyville. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 tonight at the funeral home. A memorial has been established to Parkview Care Center Activity Fund.

Mrs. REED was born March 25, 1915, in Jefferson County, the daughter of James M. and Grace M. ENLOW FERREL. She married Chester A. REED on June 12, 1941. He died March 19, 1971. She was a homemaker and a member of Mount Zion Methodist Church.

Surviving are two sons, Rex TEDROW of Libertyville, Gerald TEDROW of Batavia; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren. Her parents preceded her in death.
