Diana Kay KEMP, 68 of Keosauqua passed away on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City (note: in Johnson Co., IA).

Funeral arrangements are pending at the Murphy Funeral Home of Mt. Pleasant.

Diana Kay KEMP, 68 of Keosauqua passed away on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

Diana was born on December 20, 1948, in Jefferson County, the daughter of Charles Edward and Nita Faye HODSON JOHNSON.

She worked for Heatilator of Mt. Pleasant form (sic) 1988 until she retired in 2008. Diana enjoyed attending the Midwest Old Threshers every year and spent many hours helping people. Her favorite pass time was spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter; Tiffany (Chris) RUS of Pella, her two grandchildren Madison and Ella, three brothers: Richard (Diane) JOHNSON of Fairfield, Dennis (Judy) JOHNSON of Milwaukee, Charles (Erin) JOHNSON of Lockridge and her sister Kathy (Greg) KUHLENBECK of Mt. Pleasant. Diana was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Donald JOHNSON and Raymond JOHNSON.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Murphy Funeral Home of Mt. Pleasant. Private family services will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be mailed to the Murphy Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant in her memory.
