PROOF OF WILL.

STATE OF IOWA,}
Jefferson County, } ss. In Circuit Court.

To All Whom it May Concern:

Notice is hereby given that on the 30th day of March, A. D. 1876, a paper was opened and read by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Jefferson county, Iowa, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Richard SHOCKLEY, late of Jefferson county, in the State of Iowa, deceased; and that proof of the genuineness of said instrument will be heard in the Circuit Court of said county on the 1st Monday of the September Term, A. D. 1876, of said Court, at the hour of 1 o'clock P.M. of said day, when all persons interested in the said Will are required to be present and make their objections to the same, if any they have.
