Last Will and testament of Henry CLINE

Know all men by these presents that I Henry CLINE of Jefferson County and State of Iowa, do hereby will and bequeath all of my money and property in the following order, to wit:

To my Wife Catharine CLINE I will and bequeath the rent or income of my land so long as she may live also one cow and one sow and pigs, also one bed and bedding three chains also one walnut table also one chest - the above property is hereby willed and bequeathed to my wife Catharine for her use and benefit so long as she may live.

To James CLINE my oldest son I will and bequeath five dollars.

To Catharine SCOTT my oldest daughter I will and bequeath that she may be an equal heir in all my money and property after the death of her mother.

To Mildred M. NUTT I will and bequeath her an equal share in my estate after her mothers death.

To Susanah MOUSER I will and bequeath an equal share of my estate as long as she lives, then to her heirs.

To Nancy GRIFFITH an equal share as long as she may live then to her heirs.

To John J. CLINE also an equal share of my estate.

To Rachel GERRETT an equal share of my estate the interest of which I will and bequeath to her so long as she may live.

To Milard J. FORD my Grandson I will and bequeath ten dollars.

To William CLINE or to his two children that are in Iowa I will and bequeath twenty dollars or ten dollars to each.

I hereby appoint Samuel Scott and Henry W. Phillips as executors or administrators of this will and testimony made this second day of May and in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty one.

Jefferson County } SS: I R. T. Ratcliff Clerk of the County Court of said County do hereby certify that the within will of Henry Cline was duly filed in the probate office of said county and at a regular term of said Court was proven & allowed.

{S.S.} In testimony whereof I have thereto set my hand and the seal of said Court this 9th day of November 1851.
