Page 2MILLERs celebrating 50th anniversary
David and Pamela MILLER of Batavia will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house in their honor from 4-7 p.m. Aug. 4 at Cedar Valley Winery near Batavia.
The MILLERs were married Aug. 9, 1968, at the Gospel Lighthouse Church in Batavia, with the Rev. James Salvador officiating.
Former State Senator MILLER continues to practice law in Fairfield and enjoys time spent working at his farm.
Mrs. MILLER retired from her career as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in 2013 and continues working on the farm alongside her husband.
They are the parents of four children: Penny MORGAN of Batavia; Paul MILLER and Kristin of Batavia; Stephen MILLER and Heather of Fairfield; Seth MILLER and Diana of Fairfield. They have 13 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
The open house will be hosted by their family. Friends and relatives are invited. The couple requests no gifts, but cards would be welcomed. Cards can be send to (sic) 1988 Dewberry, Batavia 52533.
