George Logsdon died Tuesday morning and his body was brought here from Mt. Pleasant for interment. Mr. Logsdon was quite aged, and for some time had been insane and was cared for in the asylum a few days previous to his demise.
The funeral occurred at the Free Methodist church at 10 o’clock Wednesday, in charge of the pastor of that church.
