I found the tombstone of my GGrandfather James Carter in the Mt. Hope Cemetery - However it's barely readable. My niece said some people have a plaque made that's put on the back of the stone that has the vital info. I couldn't find anything & she didn't know much about it. Info. would be appreciated.Zg Thank you
