Williamsburgh Journal, Williamsburgh (Iowa Co.), Iowa, 25 May 1888, p3.

Mr. Fred Kleinmeyer, Sr., of Iowa township, met with a very severe accident last week. He was kicked by a horse, the blow striking him on the abdomen, causing a severe rupture. Dr. A.C. Moon rendered the needed medical attendance and he is now convalescing.
