A native of Bode, Grant A Monson, 65 of Los Gatos, CA died Sunday November 4, 1984 of an apparent heart attack at his home. The body was cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Survivors include his wife, Yvonne: sons, Scott and Grant Jr., both of California; sister Mrs. Robert (Ruth Ann) Dickerson of Fort Dodge and brothers Larry Monson of Bode and Millard Monson of Cottonwood, CA. Algona Newspaper Nov 1984
