Mr. Gordon came Sunday from Darlington, Wis., to attend the funeral of his brother, Orph Gordon. He returned home, Tuesday.

Orph Gordon passed away last Friday at his home near Bonair, after a long, lingering illness. Funeral services were held at the M. E. Church in Lime Springs last Sunday at 2 o’clock. He leaves a wife and little son to mourn his loss.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born Aug. 6, 1866 and died Jan. 19, 1917. He is buried in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
