FORMERLY OF CRESCO - It is with the heaviest of hearts the family of Ronald James Aberg, age 82, of North Hollywood, Calif., shares his passing, on Monday, Nov. 15, 2021.
Ronald was born and raised in Cresco, Iowa. He graduated from Cresco High School in 1957. He then went west to be with his sister, Helen. He got a job with the U.S. Postal Service, where he delivered mail in North Hollywood. That is how, being a young, handsome man, he met Sharon (Naiditch) Aberg, and the rest is history.
Ronald was ferociously independent and took deep pride in his family, especially his two grandchildren, Jessica and Ryan.
He was the last surviving sibling of his large family and to say he will be missed is an understatement. Take a moment to reflect on those you love, those you miss and take the best part of them to hold close to your heart. This is how we can carry the best of each other. Rest in peace, Dad. With love, your children, Pamela and Douglas.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, Julia and Martin Aberg; and his siblings, Helen (Vic) Kakac, Ruth (Donald) Duneman, Dorothy (Harry) Woods, Clarence (Evelyn) Aberg, Gladys (Harold) Anderson, Eugene (Dorothy) Aberg, Harold (Greta) Aberg, Gerald Aberg and Donald (Judy) Aberg.
