Waterloo Courier.—Mrs. Anna Louise Caward, wife of Frank J. Caward, died at her home, 1320 West Third St., yesterday evening at 5 o’clock. She had been ill since the first of the year. Mrs. Caward was born in Berlin, Germany, in 1871 and came to this country when a child. The family moved to Waterloo three years ago, coming here from Milwaukee, where they resided for a number of years.
Mrs. Caward is survived by her husband, Frank J. Caward, and one daughter Margaret M. Caward. Funeral services were held from the Kistner chapel Friday morning at 8 o’clock, with Rev. A. C. Preston officiating. The body will be shipped to Cresco for interment.- - -
The body reached Cresco Friday evening and was buried in Oak Lawn Saturday morning, Rev. W. A. Bockoven conducting the service at the grave.Transcriber's Note: Find a Grave shows she was born April 21, 1871 and died Nov. 15, 1916.
