Word came from near Bismark, N. D., of the death of Albert C. Serfling, the oldest son of Hooker Serfling. Mr. Serfling was at work in the field and was killed instantly by a bolt of lightning and also four horses. Henry Rygg and Frank Serfling of Harmony attended the funeral.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Curtis Albert who was born June 4, 1874 and died June, 1916. His burial place is unknown. He was married to Emma Rygg.
