Roger Horsfall of Cresco passed away Monday, February 10, 2020, at the Regional Health Center of Howard County.

A Celebration of Life will be held at his home, at 624 2nd Ave. E in Cresco on Thursday, February 13, 2020, from 4:00-7:00 pm.

Roger was born to Joseph and Emma (Weides) Horsfall on January 13, 1941, in Waterloo, Iowa. Roger married Mary (Buck) in Waterloo, Iowa on June 17, 1961. They lived in Cedar Falls, Iowa following their marriage, and later Guthrie Center and Des Moines, Iowa and moved to Cresco in 2013. Roger spent his days working as a lineman for 20 years, working as a handyman, and he was a member of the Cedar Falls Jay-Cee’s club and the CB club.

Roger is survived by, children Barb Kingsley of Madrid, IA, Tim (Karen) Horsfall of Waterloo, IA, and Patrick Horsfall of Cresco, IA; eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.

He was preceded by his wife, Mary, his parents, his grandson David Kingsley; siblings James Horsfall, Robert Horsfall and Joan Kriener.
