Mike James received the sad intelligence last Friday that his son Will, aged 35 years, had been killed by a train at Dodge Center, Minn., the evening previous. Mr. James went up to bury his son, returning Saturday evening, and says that his son was returning to his home at Hayfield after attending a picnic near Dodge Center, and got aboard the train from which he either fell or was thrown. The deceased was unmarried and has made his home at Hayfield for about nine years.
