Spencer Farnsworth, brother of John Farnsworth, died at Pasadena, California, last Monday. He was in the prime of life for years, was educated for the ministry, and had entered upon its work in the Methodist Episcopal church, was a man of fine ability and unimpeachable character and integrity, an early victim to that fell destroyer consumption. He leaves a widow and one child to mourn his untimely death.
